We purchased a new Air Fryer as the other had grown old and best to let it be recycled and a new life as a spoon or kettle . Our visit was nice and relaxing as the help from two staff members ( James & Philly ) couldn't be faulted as the assistance required for product decisions, payment and professional help in getting our product from shelf to car park . , we had such a relaxing experience that we looked around and will return soon for more items , this whole experience was achieved as the two staff members were so professional at all times they know the products well and customer focused skills second to none . well done much appreciated.

Staff all standing at desk chatting not bothered to serve until I went to ask if anybody was serving. The staff member that served me eventually smelt of b o . And the delonghi coffee machine was not in stock and would be a few days to get one. In the past when I have bought things from this store they have had a good stock so I could get next day delivery or take it away with me

They have a nice range of elctrical stuff but when it comes to purchasing the selected item, they are out of stock most of the times.It was really disappointing not to get the item you chose.There is a parking outside this store.

Diferent branches and different people same products. Went to the branch in Folkestone and got nothing. Gone to the branch in Ashford and come out with a lot of staff thanks to a very nice young sales person.

Went to buy a TV and the store had just what I wanted. Very good service from the sales assistant that helped us... But, some of the displays could have been better as when looking initially at various models, a number of the items were missing details and prices and there wasn't really anyone initially available to ask for help since the 'one' sales assistant for that area was tied up with another customer..

Ordered something to collect on the same day and then received a message to say my order has been cancelled with no explanation. It would make sense if it was a stock issue, but the website is still advertising that the item is available for collection..

Very helpful customer service. Expert advice was given every time I needed it. I have had issues with a TV that I bought and had to go in the store a few times. I was greeted with a smile and very helpful staff members in particular Tyler.

Ordered a PC monitor, told to expect a call to let me know when it will arrive, but never got a call. At the end went back to enquire what was happening with my order. Monitor was there waiting to be picked up, but no one called me as apparently they had no instructions to do so... a bit disappointed, to be honest with no apologies... usually quite good. Put it as a miss...

Tyler was very helpful and respectful today with my TV purchase. I visited today and he was very attentive and answered all my questions. Very friendly and did not hesitate to answer my queries. He helped me pick what i was after and i am very satisfied with my purchase.
