Laser Clinics UK - Nottingham

The laser treatment works for me and I’ve found staff very friendly and helpful.However I’ve deducted stars because I can never get through on the phone. Their mailbox has been full for months. I don’t live in the city so it’s hard to just pop in to change my app. But I have no other choice as they never answer the phone.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t come here for laser hair removal, they don’t know what they’re doing. The setting on their machine is too weak (so that customers don’t complain of pain) and this stimulates hair growth rather than reducing it. They have done a terrible job and now I have more hair than before. My most recent experience was terrible. I had blurry vision for over an hour after our session, they came too close too my eyes when doing my face and the eye protection was very poor. I have called almost every week for over 4 months to speak to a manager, and they keep telling me she will call me back. She never does. Awful place. Do not come here, this place needs a whole new management team or needs to be shut down. I will be pursuing legal help.

If you want a quick appt at a reasonable cost (when the offers are on) then here is fine. HOWEVER do expect absolutely shocking customer service, except one young woman who I don't know the name of, everyone else I've interacted with has been rude and ignorant. This place really needs to look into their staff training and the level of service they provide. I'm on my 4th appt from a block booking and so far have had two cancelled with no explanation. Once my prepaid appts are finished I won't be going back

Don’t wast your time and money on here.Full body laser takes time about an hour, but they are doing that very quickly in 20 minutes,very few laser shots.the staffs are unprofessional,ignorant and liars.I don’t recommend this clinic.This clinic don’t have any manager to manage the staff and patients,they just steal your money with a 50% offer.The staff don’t protect your privacy and as soon as they leave the treatment room, they gossip and laugh with their colleagues about other patients.

I have been coming to this branch now for just under a year. The girls at this place are so lovely, warm and welcoming.The laser does really work! which honestly surprised me the girls assess my hair each time to make sure i am on track with my sessions, as they are the ones trained in the laser and not us!reading these reviews on here i think people sometimes forget they are at work! and they are people and not everyday or every time you come to an appointment are you going to get the same person or same experience,I would like to thank these girls so much X!

Awful service. Was refused treatment as was told had make up on despite not applying any make up that day. Appointment was rebooked for the following week and an hour before the appointment I got a call to tell me the appointment would be cancelled as the machines were not working. Could then not book a treatment for another 4 weeks after back from my holiday.Pointless to pay for a service you can’t use. Very rude staff and unprofessional. Will be going back to the skin clinic that used in the past.

Really nice and reasonable price place to do a laser.I really appreciate with the result of the area that I’ve done.All staffs are so helpful and friendly. Do recommend this place to anyone who lives in Nottingham.

Zara was absolutely brilliant. Her customer service was above and beyond. She made my LED treatment such a lovely experience and I’m already pleased with my results.Have to say Zara would be the only person I would want to book with!

Zahrah has been an amazing beautician in my journey to be fair free.All the girls are polite but she is exceptional. She does not leave a stone unearth. She makes sure she goes through every inch of the area to be treated.He makes you welcome and treats you with dignity. No matter how tired she is she makes you feel like a Queen while you are having your treatment.I can not recommend her highly enough.I will definitely use this company again and especially her. Thank you very much. Really appreciate how hair less you have helped me to be.☺️☺️
