Gannon's Martial Arts - Walsall

Ver dissappointed... Our 5 year old daughter was supposed to have her first session yesterday. We had to wait for 40minutes as they were late. When we came in we were asked to sit by the wall. While we sat other children started putting the equipment on and our child started crying because she was confused and scared. She said why are the other children getting ready and she is not. She was so upset that we had to leave, walking past with a crying child noone even cared to talk to us, absolutely ignorant. We were not the only ones. There was another mom with 2 daughters who came for a first time. They left as well, we were completely ignored...
