Ordered a massage chair online, having spoken first to VComfort on the phone. Service was very good, delivered and set up on time. The lads were helpful and removed all packaging. My only suggestion to improve is their phone system, difficult to get a clear connection when speaking to them.

The product is new, the massages the quality of it and the guarantee is the most important thing for me. So if anything ever happens it’s no quibble no issue guarantee. I have to admit I was a bit concerned about spending this amount of money on a massage chair and through an online platform. I have been looking for a while and the 3 year warranty , and ability to trade up in three years are what swayed me to look at VCOMFORTI have nothing but praise for this product and this company Firstly Mo opened up the London showroom on a Saturday as it was the only day I could make. Mo spent over an hour ,going through the strengths and weaknesses of each chair . No pushy sales just the facts . The purchase and delivery was very straight forward and the delivery team were excellent. The product itself the Primus 4 D is amazing - I still don’t like the aesthetics ( all of these chairs look like inverted eggs to me ) of the chair but the massage is fantastic . It doesn’t beat a person but it’s a very close second and much more convenient.I have had it a week and been in the chair every day , the family love it and friends want a booking in system .I love love love this chair and have only tried about 6 of the massage options to date .So no regrets, great company , great communication, great delivery and fantastic product.
