Rented a shared accommodation at Ipswich via Northwood. They provided a standard contract with images of the house. Quick to respond to issues. Provided reference for future landlords when requested. Overall a lovely experience renting via their agency.

Lauren made my renting experience a breeze, she is always at the end of an email or call if I need anything and so quick to respond - you never have time to stress! Such a lovely, happy and bubbly group of agents with a real sense of care for their renters - couldn't recommend Northwood & Lauren Cudd enough - if you're considering using them, you won't regret it.

I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast.My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc.I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

Northwood have made our first time renting experience so seamless and amazing. After struggling to find a property for quite some time and struggling with other agents simply not replying or giving the time we needed as first time renters Northwood have been fantastic.The referencing experience was seamless and had no bumps in the road for us and was done so quickly and easy. Lauren was particularly helpful during our application as well as the rest of the team and management.They have been there every step of the way and as it is our first time moving out they have answered any questions we’ve had really quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble.I cannot recommend Northwood enough!
