VOS SHOP

I just wanted some advice over the phone before making a purchase and tried many times to call the UK phone number on the website but there's never any reply.I then tried sending emails but still no reply.I'm not sure why VOS SHOP is not replying to any methods of contact and it's out of my frustration that I have posted this negative feedback.I guess I'm lucky that I didn't order anything as if there was a problem it could of been a nightmare to contact them.This is my experience on 04/09/2021.My advise to any potential customer is that you try to contact VOS SHOP first before any purchase just to make sure that customer care / service is there to help you if things go wrong.

Unreliable and untruthful seller!

I was worried at first about the purchase as I had never heard of them and their prices were so much cheaper than other sellers. Also there was not much information coming back about delivery date. But I needn't have worried - the watch arrived and is great and such a good price for a Seiko Turtle. Recommended!
