Rhodri Lewis is one of the most helpful individuals I've encountered. My order had some issues from shipping (internationally) to receiving an inferior product (not Rhodri's fault). However, Rhodri assisted me with addressing the manufacturer and receiving a replacement item at no charge. Without his assistance, I'm certain the process of returning and receiving the replacement jacket would have been difficult so I'm very thankful for his help.
