Therapy Tranceformations

This lady has truly saved mine and my child's sanity and probably our lives !!! She was so kind and caring towards me and insightful and understanding of my teenager's behavioural problems. She understood that he did not want to be counselled and helped me to help him through some extremely difficult times - an absolute life saver !!!

Last week I booked a session with Therapy Transformations to help me let go of some fears that were stopping me reaching a goal I had set for myself in July.It's really out of my comfort zone and I needes to get to the bottom of it.Just one session with Yocheved and I saw clearly what it was. I was able to let it go almost instantly.I loved the way Yocheved allowed me so much time to process this also during the session.A very expereiced therapist who listens, is empathic and and knows where to guide you.10/10 from me! Yocheved is a very positive and focused Therapist.You feel calm in her presence and are able to relax easily in the Hypnosis Sessions which are amazing!

I have sent two of my children, on separate occasions to Yocheved for help to get over specific phobias. I did my research first as we are dealing with children and i was really impressed with Yocheveds professionalism, expertise and the way she understood my children. She managed to get to the bottom of where it stemmed from and was able to successfully help my children in a handful of sessions. They didn't mind going to her as she made the whole experience non threatening and enjoyable.I will definitely go back if we need anymore help and highly recommend her.
