Booking system is quick and easy, used a few times and had gel nails. Unfortunately the most recent visit was disappointing. Less than 24 hours later two nails had lost polish and one has bubbles where the nail tech put too much polish on and now it's lumpy. Reasonably priced but you get what you pay for.

Had a great experience. Angela did my nails so beautifully- she’s a huge perfectionist which I appreciate and she explained the process as well as the products she was using which was great as I’ve had a bad experience at another salon which ruined my nails and she was able to reassure me. Left with gorgeous nails (soak off builder gel) that won’t wreck my natural ones and we had a lot of fun too. All the staff were so friendly and clearly enjoy working together which makes a nice atmosphere ❤️

Don't go! Wanted to start builder gel, the lady I was assigned seemed really new but no one was watching her. While doing my cuticles she cut me, none of the nails were equal or even filed straight and the corners were left so sharp they could scratch you. The plastic left from when the extensions were cut was left underneath and the gel application was so bad. Ended up getting them removed in a different salon 15 minutes later in which the lady (who was lovely) was appalled at the state of them. The only good thing about them is the booking system is easy, but I would never go back.

I would give 0 star if I could, but it doesn’t let me. Those people are SCAMMERS. I contacted the saloon specifically to ask if they offered student discount and the lady I spoke to said “yes, 20% student discount” so I booked my treatment. When I went to pay they charged me FULL price and when I asked for student discount they said they never have offered that and they don’t know who I spoke to, but they would never give student discount. Also, very extremely dirty, the bed in which I was lying was covered in wax and they didn’t even give me anything to put underneath, I got a towel for dignity which I had to use on the bed as it was disgusting and got myself another towel to cover myself. The lady who did my was was so rough as well and never bothered to cover me when she would move the towel away. Very poor service, after the wax was “done” I checked and there was huge strips completely missed that she had to go over. Awful terrible place, will never go again.

I got my facial, hand and feet treatment done by preet and the results were amazing, highly recommend to you all. They really do have great results. The service given in cover beauty is great, very friendly and pleasant. Thank you preet and everyone at cover beauty.

Nail art itself is fine but they've left my cuticles in a terrible state after cutting to far down on fresh skin, 5 of my fingers have literally been left with wounds bleeding

Found the atmosphere a bit intimidating. Most of the girls were lovely but when I went to pay I was told £6 for gel removal and then suddenly told it was actually £10? Left and my cuticles were bleeding and still some gel on the edges so not too sure what I paid for. Said I don't understand why it's now £10 and the woman who I think is the manager roughly grabbed my hand to inspect my nails and said it was because my cuticles were also done, which I hadn't asked for. Felt very intimidated so paid and quietly left.

My auntie has been here to get her nails done , unfortunately she doesn’t use any social media so I’m writing on her behalf. The attitude of the girl was disgusting and the service was shocking. She had all her cuticles cut and all the gel nails started to peel the day after. I do not recommend this shop
