DO NOT buy here if you want a sub standard garden with no drainage system installed. Fobbed off by managers and head office and blamed for incorrectly using. Issue still not resolved from December and now Barratt Homes have washed their hands.

A fire alarm has been going off for 10 days with no interest shown by the site building team or the office/sales team in turning it off as it disturbs the residents. Just to give you a taste...

Well worth a visit. Development looks great. Sales advisers are really nice and helpful, they take time to explain everything properly and clarify all the questions. Specially Graham which has been excellent with us!!

The most frustrated and uneducated site manager ever. Probably frustrated by boyfriend or girlfriend at home, comes at work to swear and shout at most of his workers. Small Willy mentality.

Can't really comment as work in progress with phase two under way and phase three to follow. Currently a building site, houses are okay but estate is a bit character less. May improve as it matures, but isn't to my taste currently, to uniform and new.
