Good store great selection of fresh produce available. Staff helpful and always on hand. Would be better if they where open a little later though .

Visited today it would be no stars got told by a deli member of staff pizza would be back open at 2 waited 25 mins still no one to serve me at 2 absolutely no customer service she should of served me she was serving on one pure lazy wont be getting my custom again terrible shop all in all avoid

This is the Morrisons branch which I usually use, typically when I come to the shopping center on a weekly basis on Sundays.It's got a very good layout with an excellent range of products at decent prices. The staff who work there are typically friendly and very helpful whenever you need a hand, such as with finding a product, or getting something from a high shelf which you can't reach yourself. I also one day noticed that there was a huge puddle of water on the floor at the end of one of the chilled aisles with no warning sign up, so I told one of the butchers, who then thanked me profusely, and he immediately came out and set a warning sign up, then got a mop and wiped the water up as best as he could.2 bad experiences I've had however, (hence 4 star rating instead of 5). One week, I brought some reduced roasted rotisserie chicken, intending to eat it on the way home, and once I opened the wrapper, it stank the whole car out, because it was very burned, literally black! I couldn't have eaten it, and had to bin it as soon as I got back.The other problem, is that there have been locks put onto loads of the trolleys, meaning that they cannot be taken into the shopping center next to the supermarket. Things were not broken, so they didn't need to be fixed! I sent an e-mail complaining about this, and got one in return explaining that it happened due to people dumping them around the area. Why not have people caught shoplifting collecting them up and returning them as community service punishment instead? It's because of this, that whenever I come to the shopping center, I always have to either look around for one of the few trolleys without a lock, or borrow one from the farmfoods branch in the shopping center instead. Please sort this out, the sooner the better.

One of the very few LPG filling stations left in the UK. Always a queue for LPG but so glad they still sell it. We went to 4 places on our way home from Nottingham and all have stopped selling it. So we’ll done Morrisons.

Dirty tables and staff aprons filthy dirty. Food when finally arrived was burnt. Had to make own coffee with paper cups and a jar of coffee as no ckean cuos availabke. Toikets disgusting. Please dont go there its a gealth risk

Manager who assisted my click and collect order today was outstanding. Lovely gentleman, quick and efficient collection. After a couple years of not ordering from Morrisons, this has encouraged me to order again!

After visiting another Supermarket the day before called in to Morrisons to get items we were unable to get in the other store. We managed to get everything we needed. The store was clean and tidy and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Absolute attitude problems with staff in this place. I am doing Amazon flex and currently new to this store and have no idea of directions or where to go. A lady with blue hair who works for Morrisons grabbed onto my trolley and pushed it back and pointed to till 1 like I’m new to this could just help a person out done it with a serious face too like it’s not the end of the world if I went the wrong direction. Then the day before when I done Amazon flex for first time I had members of staff talk about me when I was standing and waiting for my Amazon order to come through. I overheard what they said and to me it seems they’re all miserable and have attitude problems. Sort it out Morrisons.

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with the amount of staff on duty. Whenever I need help I can straight away see someone and I have only encountered polite helpful staff. Only 4 stars because I needed to pick an Amazon parcel up but this was terribly difficult to find and no signs to help.
