Big thank you to Fahmida at the Bradford store. I couldn’t remember which exact mascara it was that I like so much and she was incredibly helpful and she found the mascara immediately for me. Fantastic customer service. :)

Sales assistant was rude and obnoxious- clearly not happy with being paid the minimum wage. Get staff that are happy to help get the shade right rather than staff that won’t help. Absolutely disgusted. Plenty other stores for make up that I’d rather go to in the future.

poor customer service and even worse home training in social cues and how we address strangers respectfully, it would seem. I don't typically venture into this store but on the few occasions I have the staff haven't really stuck out to me as either attentive or dismissive/ inattentive. This morning, most staff members were stood conversing with one another and watching customers from a safe distance rather than offering help (lest they have to do their job), and usually that doesn't bother me, but when a member of staff walks up to my mother and I as we're looking at products at the lipstick counter, barks the command 'can you step aside' in the most curt tone, and parts us with her hands (as if addressing us like dogs wasn't bad enough lmao), you notice almost all the other workers just stood about doing... absolutely nothing? is this what you're paying them for? to ignore customers or to be rude to some when they do decide to do their job for others? Kiko, you need a staff clear out. these girls are the WORST.

First time in this shop and the assistant was fantastic...my friend asked for a lipstick that had been a limited edition off she went and came back with some she'd managed to find... unfortunately wrong colour but she didn't need to do that... excellent service so will be back in

I came into the store a few days ago and a sweet girl called Sanah did my makeup which turned out great, ive never had my base so smooth before. I was also on the lookout for some good nude lip colours as i can never find any that go with my skin tone and she recommended me the perfect ones. Thank you so much <3

Amazing Customer Service from Tanzim@Bradford Broadway super friendly, very helpful & welcoming. Helped me find the correct shade of concealer for to cover my dark circles! Need more approachable employees like her!

The maniger was very rude. I asked her to explain foundation because I did not understand she was on her phone I mean that's not professional. her language she sounded German or Spanish very poor English how do you expect a customer to feel comfortable or understand sounded like she does not know much. I asked her who she is she said she's a maniger. Don't recommend kiko anyone who reads this dont go kiko you will regret...... I then went in bradford boots and I spent £170 they was very helpfull. Never ever go kiko again
