Use to be a member prior to moving away, but rejoined over Christmas for a few weeks. They let me join for 2 weeks for 20 pound which i beleive is good value baring in mind the equipment available. Best gym in Saffron Walden by a mile.

A fantastically supportive and encouraging team! Owing to a super friendly atmosphere, I would recommend this gym to anyone of any age or ability. I have been inspired to do way beyond what I thought I could achieve!

Awful customer service and system. After freezing my account they decided to unfreeze it without even asking me or my parents and took £120 out of my mums account despite me not going there in over a year. They claim I signed up to have it unfreeze after a year even though I never did. Can’t get the money back but I would absolutely not recommend this gym to anyone.

You get what you pay for. This place is cheap for a reason. Very limited parking, very small free weights area, not enough weight machines and unhelpful staff.I had thought that given some of the times I was to use the gym that I'd be able to work around it. Unfortunately this simply isn't the case and you end up waiting around.

Literally the best gym, I hate gyms, but ever since I started personal training with Gareth Warwick my energy levels have excelled, changes in body shape, so much stronger and lifting weights I never thought possible. Everyone is so friendly and all those preconceived ideas you have of gyms, forget it, none of those here. Fun, full of banter, professional help, all ages welcomed. Perfect perfect perfect. Thank you Alex and James for running such a great business.
