Dan, was amazing. After going round a couple of shops to engrave some trophies. He was able to do them and sent of the once he couldn’t do away for me to pick up on a later date. Thanks Dan.

Wow.. what an wonderful experience, actually in fact, it’s always good at Timpsons In Newcastle Hassle Street :) Dan is very polite, helpful and always remembers me! Personal greetings are good! It was so nice to see that he had a trainee with him, Jade, she was very pleasant, smiley, and I must say gave exceptional experience :) they are both credits to the company, nothing is too much trouble :)Thank You Dan and Jade :)

Wonderful service. Changed the battery in my watch in less than 10 minutes. Buffed and checked for water resistance free of charge. Thank you!

Dan at the shop in Newcastle-under-lyme centre is brilliant. Uber professional, hugely helpful and nothing is ever an issue. Repaired lots of shoes and had photos there too. Definitely recommend.

Very friendly and helpful. Everything I needed in one shop. I will certainly be using them again as the personal touch means a lot, high Street shops like Timpson are still a valuable and essential part of the community.

I'd read several reviews here on Google about how nice Dan was, one of the reasons I decided to go to this particular Timpsons.True to word he is a gentleman and excellent at what he does I know where to go to have my shoes and watches fixed.

Called in to get 8 keys cut for work. Very friendly and professional man said come back in half hour and he will have them done for me.Excellent quality and durability at a very good competitive price.

Speedy good quality watch services available. I have changed my Seiko watch battery here. Staff reassuring and quick. Literally 10 minutes of shopping then come back for my watch and it's ready.Do note that social distancing rules still apply and have a face covering with you.
