Just taken delivery of a used Mercedes c220 AMG coupe. Not the best trade in offer, but the car is by far the best we've seen. Two small jobs attended to to my satisfaction. Thanks Neil for great service.

Stay away from this garage at all costs. Probably one of the most unhelpful garages I've ever been to. I bought a car from here and reported a fault within 30 days only to be told they couldn't help me as the garage was too small to pick up cars. Eventhough the Consumer Act 2015 covers a refund of goods within 30 days these jokers are refusing. It will end up costing them a fortune but they don't seem bothered. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!Keith has tried to now replace the head gasket without using the correct BMW timing tools. Not that I expected anything else tbh. They have very likely ruined the car now. Like I say DONT USE THIS DEALERSHIP EVER!!

Never been so disgusted in a garage as I am with SMC. My son who had just past his test the on Friday 13th March went to look at cars on 14th March at SMC with his father. My son was enthusiastic with a white Ford FiestaHe approached a sales person who was called Colin who went through all the details of the car in question. My son filled in the finance form and was informed that they would be in touch with him either later that day or on Monday 16th. They had not ring my son and soy son rang them whom I informed him that the credit company had turned him down and the decision had been taken 20mins after he left the garage. They actually sold the car the following day bit never once asked my son if he had another form of buying the car. He actually did manage to get the money but the garage had sold the car. What kind of garage are SMC. I think they are not customer friendly and cetainly have no customer skillsMy advice to people is don't use them

Bought a few cars from Keith always been very good but last car we bought went wrong he said he'd fixed it with a new cat 2days later light came back on. With out letting us know he was closing down and then finding out that we now need a new cat as he never put 1 on in the 1st place. Now looking at a £500 £600 pound bill thanks Keith

I have been buying my cars from this garage for more than 20 years. There have been a lot of cars bought too. Keith Julie and Neil are so honest about their cars and very reasonable with prices. I have bought over 20 cars over the years my husband buys his there too. All the staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is a bother. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cars I feel part of the family.

EXCELLENT service - good price for the car and for the part-x so no need to haggle (they were £800 cheaper for same brand of car with slightly better milage than Evans H.). Professional - no slimy salesmen. Will definitely use again.

Just bought another car. Pleasure to deal with. Had all my motors from here always mot'd here. Own workshops. Honest. Easy to deal with. feel ' looked after'. I tell all my friends to go there. Running a car costs money, at SMC you get value.

Highly recommended. Superb selection of immaculately presented cars at sensible prices. The Bosch service centre is great value, diagnostics are second to none at a very reasonable price. Double thumbs up.
