Fantastic work ladies and gentlemen!All Glasses and C/Lenses even Cas Shades are ready for the His Holiday whilst the rest of them hide from the sun !He is working on the challenge of beating his Older Cousin in muscles hight however 6 ft 2 is pushing it !But at last he can actually see they look great !He is worried about loosing the RayBans pre Holiday !Thanks all of you for your amazing work, Dedication . His friends are now jealous some of them have never even had an eye test!So we are directing them all to M & S including my Brothers (Just not Canterbury Branch !Its a long trip !)

Really amazing customer service! The arm on my glasses snapped off and i went in to see if they could be fixed, unfortunately they could not, but the staff where really helpful and i chose another frame at a discounted price which cheryl kindly organised. Really good opticians, the staff are kind and friendly!
