Stinks awful and doesn't clean all areas of your car. Go over the road to the hand car wash as its loads better.

In the last 2 days this car wash was closed for maintenance every time I try to go there (4 tries). Today there was a sign there that maintenance would finish at 12:00. They change it again 2h more.

Tried to use their app, didn't work - they spent more timing making it beg for permissions rather than ensuring the payment flow actually lets you enter your card details.Went to pay manually and there was a queue so waited, turns out there was a sign at the front saying it was down for maintenance which I couldn't see so wasted 10 minutes sat in a queue with other people for no reason. There's a dedicated lane, just cone it off!Won't be using.

I have been to this car wash many times over the years. Today was the first time I had a conversation with one of the operators Jacob. He showed great customer service skills and was very polite and efficient. Thank you and much appreciated.

Failed to stay open during advertised hours! These have just been updated only 1 week ago on Google by the Business Owner too. Had made a special journey to Stow over half an hour before closing, only to find a 'temporarily shut for maintenance' sign. Completely untrue - the operator had just decided to go home early as they don't care....

IMO Car Wash Stowmarket
The IMO Car Wash Is a great drive through car wash. Many different types of washes with wax etc. Doesn’t take long and my car looks lovely and clean afterwards. Sometimes there’s a small queue. Staff friendly.

Used to take the cars here weekly. As of late (with the new staff) the service hasn't been as good and I've had to finish them myself. Be cheaper, quicker and better to throw 3 quid in a jet wash and do it yourself

IMO Car Wash Stowmarket
Doesn't dry the car or polish the bonnet well at all, also the water smells of rotten egg. Pay a couple of quid more & go to a hand car wash instead.
