The Groom Room Berwick

We have a really nervous dog, but managed to get his claws clipped and a good wash. Ladies that work there are lovely.

I always bring my dogs here. Great job and the girls are fantastic with my dogs. Highly recommend!

The Lady's at the Groom room always do a great job. There are very few place I can Leave Freyja but she is always excited on hair cut day.

First time I had taken my dog, but they were very good. The lady that looked after my dog was very caring and really looked after her. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I'm a regular visitor to the groomers and a lovely lady called Dawn takes care of my wee dog, she always does a brilliant job and really good with my wee one, I wouldn't go anywhere else

Took my 2 dogs there when I couldn’t get into regular groomers. After half hour of my dogs being there I received several messages saying that my dogs were extremely nervous and that she would try her best. I had another message then saying that my old terrier cross was showing her teeth and she could only bath her.. and my dachshund was only bathed and dried and nails clipped. I had to still pay nearly full price for not very much done to them! My dogs are regularly groomed and after checking with their regular groomer they have never been nervous or aggressive! Groomer seemed nervous of the dogs.. I would not go back there again! Got to pay again now for them to be done properly!!!

I think both dogs enjoyed it and they look great the the girls who did the groom's were very friendly and very good with the dogs

Always a good experience. I have a collie who prefers to be muddy and scruffy. The Girls are so patient and kind to her, Luna comes out looking great.

Abi enjoyed her time at the groom room today. The girls were lovely and did a brilliant job.
