Before Bush, I'd been to a couple of other opticians and had several issues, such as, incorrect prescription, bad finished lens quality and generally poor service. Due to that I was looking for another place and was recommended Bush by a friend.I've only ever dealt with Holderness Road, Hull, branch, but from my experiences there, I would recommend anyone to give them a go if you're not satisfied with your current optician. Everyone in store is amazingly knowledgeable, eager to help and attentive when listening. The range of glasses is perfect for me and the prices are great too. There are always extra options for lens coatings, etc, but they're always given only as options, no pushy sales pitch.I really can't fault the service and products at all. 10/10

It was my first visit to Bush opticians after using well known high street opticians for quite a number of years. Such a personal service (a thing lacking previously) All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely a five star experience and a thumbs up from me.

Visited today with my husband and Son all three of us had eye exams . Lovely friendly helpful service/staff with the best eye exam we have experienced in Hull. I can highly recommend thankyou.

Outstanding service by personable staff. In the past I have been with other well known & advertised (high street chain) opticians and left feeling as though I was just a number on a conveyor belt. With Bush Opticians I never feel rushed & always leave knowing my eye examination is thorough & well explained and they actually care about the service they provide. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Such a lovely business!The staff are amazing, I had a thorough eye examination, Simon was very patient, answering all of my questions.Choosing new glasses was easy as the staff were so knowledgeable about the different styles.If you're looking for an optician, first time or just feel you need a change, as I did. Then I'd highly recommend Bush Opticians.5 stars all round.
