Pre booked for 6am pick up to London , Person who took the booking was very friendly, driver arrived on time, polite and arrived in London safely.

Left stranded at Birmingham Airport after paying for a return taxi service. Ended up paying for an Uber to get home. No answer when tried to call. Three emails sent asking for a refund of my additional taxi expense. No response. Good job I had enough money to get home!

Just following up on this I still haven’t been refunded the additional airport car park expense.I would not recommend using these guys at all.After spending some time selecting these guys for a 5am pick up to the airport, in the morning they didn’t show up. No phone call or any communications. After several attempts of phoning the call was finally answered. They has subcontracted the job out to another company.We was left with driving our own car and picking up a £220 bill after being told I would be reimbursed. Whatever you do do t use these guys they are completely incompetent! A waste of time…….As you can see the response I got. I thought the idea of reviews is to let people know what service and experience you received! My comments are factually correct. The stress this caused my family as a result of them not turning up when you are catching a flight is not acceptable. They didn’t tell me they were subcontracting the job out in the first place, otherwise I wouldn’t have used them. Either way let’s see if they are cover the cost of the airport parking and I will amend my comments.

Booked for airport transfer. 1.30am pick-up and return with a 3 am pick up. 6 passengers & luggage. Communication and service were fantastic. Spot on. Based on our personal experience i would highly recommend.

Can’t fault these guys, always prompt and available. Have catered for a last minute arrangement and the price was very competitive. Arrived on time and the drivers are very professional. Definitely recommend. 10/10.

If I could rate them 0, I would. They're incompetent at best, and dangerous at worst.They will probably claim that this isn't how it went down, but I was there.Me, my wife and my infant son had got a transfer to Birmingham Airport, and left our toddler car seat and isofix base with them for the return journey. The journey there was ok. The driver did drive a bit erratically, and the car smelled of cigarette smoke, but I wouldnt have left a review based on that. We specifically told them we needed a car with an isofix for the car seat, which on the outward journey there was.This afternoon, we met the driver for the return, and the isofix wouldn't fit. He told us it was because he had thick seat covers that stopped the isofix from engaging... His solution was to sit the isofix base unsupported, with the car seat on top and the seat belt round it. I asked him to show me what he meant. He did it, and I was able to push the car seat over with the lightest of force. I informed him that this wasn't acceptable, as if we got into an accident my son would be thrown from the seat, to which he said Don't worry

Booked taxes for eight people last night to be collected from a wedding reception. I messaged to see if we could be collected early as the children had had enough. They were very busy so subcontracted two taxis to collect us. Amazing service highly recommended from us. If back in Lichfield as some point will definitely use them again.
