I travel 4 times a week through central station, and always use this shop. Until now, will no be using it again, reason... you can't pay with cash, face to face with a assistant...Just those stupid machines.

I had quite a negative experience in this store because of a rude member of staff. I was at the front of the queue, planning to pay with cash, but all the self-checkouts I could see only accepted cards. The staff member then approached me and asked me, with a raised voice, if I was in the queue, to which I said I was. She then pointed to my item and, with the same tone, asked if I had paid for that". I told her that I was paying by cash and she simply pointed to a check-out and walked away. Her attitude and tone of voice was very rude and unfriendly

This is a tiny M&S Simply Food located within Glasgow Central station. The range of sandwiches is small but offers plenty of choice, and there are other items available for snacking, or grabbing a few bits and pieces for tea on your way home. Prices are normal for M&S, as is the quality of the goods. Small, but perfectly formed.
