They were prompt, efficient, friendly and hard working. The installation was done with great care and respect for my property. (In fact it was probably left cleaner and more presentable then when they arrived!) I am overjoyed with the end product. I simply can not recommend them enough

UPDATED - Initially we were impressed and reassured with the prompt, clear and friendly communications we'd had with Luke on enquiring about AC in our home. Arranging and arriving promptly for a home visit to carry out an estimate Luke came across superbly and we were confident he'd understood our needs and explained our options very clearly. Luke followed up promptly with a very competitive quote for high quality equipment with 7 years warranty. Cost was much less than we'd expected, you might be surprised too! Luke also offered some additional advice in response to our questions before deciding, no hard sell or annoying sales tactics, he's a lovely guy. Having arranged a date to start work the team arrived promptly and took good care of our home as they worked. Generally not a very disruptive experience. Special mention to John who carried out the bulk of the installation and testing. John was courteous and friendly, good fun to have around and most importantly gave us a very neat and tidy installation that works a treat. Special mention to Spencer the electrician who worked a little magic in hooking up the units with absolutely no visible evidence he'd even been in the property. Luke himself arrived on the first morning to ensure everything began as planned. Overall the installation process was spot on. It's turned chilly outside, typically, so we're using the heating ability of the Samsung AC units installed. It's absolutely LUSH and both us and the cats are very impressed. We'd wholeheartedly recommend Luke and his team to carry out works for friends and family. In a world where quality and standards have slipped terribly, here's a team who restore faith. From start to finish Luke was very professional, polite, nothing was to much trouble, we are very pleased with the installation, it’s very neat and done extremely well, cleaned up really well and took all packaging and rubbish. Called Supreme to ask for a quote for home air conditioning. Luke called us back to make an appointment and arrived on time on the day requested.We had no real idea of what we needed and were very impressed by Luke's knowledge and recommendations of what would be perfect for our property. There was no big oversell , he just took his time upstairs and down and advised that just 3 units in the right positions would be enough for our house. Installation took 3 days , there was absolutely no mess and Luke and John with the help of Callum the electrician have done an amazing job. We cannot recommend Supreme highly enough and look forward to a cool summer this year.Thanks for everything and the five star rating is fully deserved.

I would like to offer an appraisal of my experience with Supreme Heating and Cooling. Luke arrived on time and carried out an installation inspection and I immediately liked his attitude. As he promised a quotation arrived and I accepted. The installation date was agreed and after receiving a text the lads arrived to start work a day earlier arriving on time at 13h00. The first thing done was to lay down dust sheets on floors of all points of access & egress which immediatley impressed me. The installation was carried out in 3 hours and all work spaces were left perfectly clean. I noticed while listening to them conversing it was very apparent how well they work together and so polite. I was so impressed with the Electrical Installation I requested a quotation to have my Electrical Distribution Board replaced which is due to take place early Septemeber.In conclusion I was given a full breakdown of how the system works and must recommend the whole experience to any future clients who are considering an A/C Installation -WELL DONE SUPREME.Best regards,Dave S Smith

Luke thoroughly explained all of the available options and provided a very detailed quote outlining several different products. They arrived on time, the whole team was very polite, knowledgeable, and happily worked around the needs of our autistic child. The air con product works brilliantly and looks great too!
