Excellent service from Jo and her team at check out with a difficult tenant. Jo went above and beyond to provide a detailed report, photographic evidence and support. If this is their level of service i would recommend them to other landlords.

Contacted them with a house issue (mould), they didnt report it to the landlord. 6 weeks later something was finally done when i contacted landlord myself. I wouldnt use this company again, or recommend them to anyone. Also withheld rent from the landlord for no reason so I had to prove I'd paid my rent, not a professional letting agent.

Takes over a month to get a deposit returned after leaving a property and they charge £35 to speed up the process.Not even an apology for directly stating it would be 20 days earlier, just a shirty email.

Couldn’t thank Cathedral Lettings enough. The staff go above and beyond to help. They have always found fantastic tenants for my properties, no problems with receiving payment. Any maintenance issues reported by the tenant are dealt with very quickly, using professional contractors that charge reasonable prices.(They don’t add commission on to the invoice like some agents do). Wouldn’t use another agent. Thank you for all your hard work.
