The dealership experience and hospitality was exceptional, from the reception staff through to the sales and service team. We'd gone to have a look at a Vanquish S and generally understand more about the vehicle. Jake was ever patient, talked us everything we needed to know, understood our needs and we eventually left with an Ultimate Edition that was in stock. The welcoming atmosphere really helps make a huge difference in making you comfortable - it's our first time having the chance to purchase a vehicle from Aston Martin and it was a faultless experience.

In all my years of car ownership, this is quite honestly the most outstanding customer service I’ve ever received.It almost comes as a surprise to experience customer service as good as this, particularly today, when exceptional customer service is fast becoming a thing of the past; if provided at all, and REGARDLESS of how much you’re paying! The UK has become appalling at customer service.Not at this dealership though. They even drove from Nottingham to The Cotswolds to collect my car for its service.Anthony Kennedy and his team should be a benchmark to all dealerships, on what a proper customer experience looks and feels like. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Every single one of them.This is a fabulous dealership and I really can’t praise them enough for their approach to customers.Thank you. Took my 10 year old son to look at the cars there today as he is a massive car nut and wow...the lady on reception could not of been any more amazing...she gave my son and my daughter aston martin caps and let them look around at there own will...offered drinks etc and made my son feel so welcome...nothing was too much trouble and it was amazing!! Would never be able to afford a Aston Martin but they still let me sit in one,something ferrari would never do, apart after one time I stopped outside and I got a dirty look from a salesman

Went to do some car spotting and wasn’t expecting such a friendly welcome! One particular salesman whom I didn’t get the name of made the experience very enjoyable and allowed us to sit in cars and even started one up for us to hear! It was a great experience and I hope one day to return to get my one car from here. To that salesman, thank you.

Bought our car from here after several visits to other garages, service was as you would expect from buying such a vehicle despite me (deliberately to judge reaction) walking in off a muddy building site. I was a cash buyer and despite my appearance I was treated as I was hoping to be treated - an equal as anyone else buying a car from there. I take it back to AM Nottingham for it's yearly service despite it being 150 miles away from home (I live on the mid Welsh coast), and will use them to buy my next one when it comes to it. Prices are typically supercar values but I wasn't expecting it to be Jaguar XF money (my daily). Always made to feel welcome and they remember our names each time we drop in and a genuine conversation flows - it is for this reason why I mainly return, and can not recommend them highly enough.

Just had my car serviced at Aston Martin Nottingham. I am very impressed with everyone I had contact with at the Dealership. The whole experience was simple and personal. All staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Contact levels were perfect, keeping me up to date throughout the process, without over-communicating. This is the third time I have had my car serviced at AM Nottingham and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

An excellent dealership in general. Some small struggles with the commercial side linked to turnover, but apparently now resolved. After sales service is extremely dynamic and interactive. There is a genuine sense of desire to ensure everything on the vehicle is running smoothly.

I have to say, Sytner Aston Martin Nottingham should be proud of their workforce. If only i could bottle what they have and share with others . This is the second time i have taken my car for service, and once again i cannot fault their enthusiasm, professionalism , answering my questions and genuinely taking time to talk to me about my car and the Aston Martin brand. From the first call to reception, to being handed my car back from service, every body displayed great values with nothing being too much trouble . Special mention to Jake Saleh who took care of my first visit ,also Ashley Carey who has taken care of my second visit . Once again, thank you all for such a pleasurable visit .
