Got a feeder coach at Junction 24 Folkestone Sunday, the 1st of OctoberHe was late getting to Junction 24 has he missed the ferry? Which caused everybody to be late, getting their feeder coachesOn the way back, the air-conditioning was faulty my wife and myself got wet as water was dripping from the ceilingThe drivers claimed it was because it was hot where they come from, and cold over here And it was defrostingWho is he trying to kid I was sitting near the front and there was more warning lights on the coach dash panel than Blackpool. I know what these lights are as I’m a professional driver myself it didn’t seem to bother them. also, on the way back, the motorway was blocked so he took a slight detour which was okayApart from going down the M2 the wrong way, and heading back towards Dover It be interesting to see his taco as his speed was sometimes approaching 70 downhill Now for the good points the release driver who picked us up at Rugby services was excellent and drove really safely. I spoke to him and he said he was the mechanic good on you Connor.If I booked another Shearings Holiday, I would insist that we wouldn’t use this firm I will be, I will be contacting shearing about my issues.

Returned yesterday from Beer & battlefields partnered Ledger Tour ,just like to give positive feedback to your drivers, Fantastic service, cleanliness second to none. great sense of humour and entertained the whole coach. They dealt with any difficulties with great professionalism. Great representatives for Pats Coaches.

Just arrived back home today from a fabulous weekend break from Scarborough. From the start from Lymm our driver Gavin was so lovely, keeping us up to date along the way, answered all the why's where's and what fors (even from a gobby passenger). You made my holiday a very happy one and thank you Gavin x

I have just returned from a Shearings holiday visiting Northumberland. The holiday was excellent and Gavin our driver working for Pat’s Coaches was simply excellent and excelled in making sure that we all had a very enjoyable time due to his kindness and hard work.

Just like to say a massive thank you to Pats coaches especially Keith and Gavin after rescuing me, my son and daughter today. I broke down on the way to taking my son to Cardiff Uni and they didn’t hesitate to jump in to save the day taking us and all his stuff to Cardiff to start his uni life. Don’t know what I’d have done without their help especially on a Sunday and at such short notice. Thank you for getting us there safely Gavin really appreciate it.

Used Pat's coaches on a Shearings holiday in Scotland. Our driver Gavin went about and beyond to make our holiday really good, he was polite and friendly and always being helpful. I would definitely recommend them especially if all their drivers are as good.

Just arrived home after 5 days on a Shearings tour of Holy Island & the Northumberland Coast. The coach we travelled in was a credit to the Company, (Pat’s) as was our driver Gavin. Nothing was too much trouble for him in the 5 days & he was a terrific guide as well as driver. It makes all the difference to a tour when your driver is understanding & caring. Thanks again Gavin!

Our driver Gavin has to be the most courteous, helpful, caring and professional driver/guide we have ever travelled with on a coach trip. He goes completely out of his way to consider his passengers. His cheerful and friendly spirit makes the trip so special and memorable. His commentary along the trip is very interesting and we really enjoyed all the information about where we were and going etc. The coach was spotless clean and Gavins driving is impeccable and the safest. Other drivers should take note and be trained by Gavin. Tony and I would like to thank him for all his hard work and dedication to his role. You are an absolute credit to your company.
