Had problem with mobile broadband sim card got it sorted no problems no fuss excellent service

Ordered a new phone in store, to support my local branch and was told it would be the next day. No issues with the ordering process, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. After a week, I rang the store and was told that it wasn't in stock. Waited another week and a half, still no phone call. Went into the store, to be told the order had been there and they couldn't contact me. Strange since I'd rang the store and they also had my phone number and email contact. Refund was processed easily. Very poor customer service in keeping the customer informed. Ordered online and received the next day...

Was in and got sorted within half a hour that was me and my partner great friendly staff

Staff very helpful on a difficult day to decide which phone and contract to transfer to.Also helped with BT account saving me over ,,£15 per month

If you want your purse to stretch a bit further then u can't go wrong here for value for money, well stocked shelves / freezers and friendly staff.
