Bespoke Arcades

The world of Arcades seems to be growing like crazy and there are more companies out there offering Machines some of which aren't the best for quality of systems.I can first hand say my whole experience with buying an Arcade from Bespoke has been the best buying experience I have had ever.They kept me up to date with the progress of the build and the customisation options were incredible and when I wasn't sure about something or needed clarity they were always there to offer advice.Ridiculously happy with my Arcade and the support I have received from Jack and Phil over at Bespoke. Genuinely couldn't recommend them enough as you will get a solid product and a great variety of games to go through.I bought the Evo Media initially as I was new to Arcades but if you have the budget I ended up upgrading through their upgrade scheme to the Evo Elite which is the highest spec of components.

I've had my Bespoke Arcades machine for a while now, and I love it. The team at Bespoke Arcades couldn't have been kinder and more accommodating. Ben was happy to answer my queries via EMail, and I got to go along to the showroom and see the different model available, whre Ben and Phil let me have a go of each and walked me through the options available. It was never uncomfortable nor felt like a hard sell, just hanging out with some genuinely nice folks who love arcade machines.I fell in love with the Nu-Gen because of the size and comfort of being able to sit and play games comfortably in two player with spaced out controls and a huge screen.The machine was made to a very high standard (I mean just look at her...she's gorgeous...), delivered to my office"

A wonderful place to go to, they produce amazing arcade machines with stellar customer service. This location is their workshop and prospective customers can visit and try out the machines.

Would highly recommend. I purchased an apex arcade machine in 2016 that has worked perfectly until recently, called for some advice with an issue Andre repaired it remotely. Excellent customer service.

From the point of order to when I received the machine it has has been a pleasure to deal with Ben, Phil, Jack and the rest of the team. The machine is amazing quality with a great selection of games - I went for the GT model which is entry level but still feels really premium.Being a techno-phobe I have had to call up a few times since receiving the machine for advice and nothing has been too much for Jack and has been extremely patient with me.I would thoroughly recommend to anybody!Cheers guys.

I am absolutely taken back my the first class after service I’m receiving it’s been truly sensational.I bought a machine around 3 years ago and have had a small issue with it so I gave them a call on the off chance they would help me.They have emailed me spoke to me and gone above and beyond ensuring my machine is back and running.The entire team have been so helpful it’s so refreshing to receive such good service in this day and age.6 stars plus for meI would highly recommend this company!!
