The food is great and delicious and the delivery service is fast

Stale chips, chicken was burnt and the burger was average at best, garlic bread was decent, won't be ordering again.

Ordering the food was quick and easy however it didn't provide a comment box to notify whether or not we wanted the free cheesy garlic bread. Not only this but the delivery driver got lost so we had to go out to pick up our delivery from the delivery driver. The food itself was dripping in grease with the chips tasting like rubber. Another issue we had was them messing the order up giving us cheesy garlic mushrooms instead of normal mushrooms that we had asked for. Think it's a good job my girlfriend who wanted the mushrooms wasn't lactose intolerant. When calling them up they stated that the delivery drivers sat nav is up to date and knows where it's going and to rectify the issues, they gave me £2 off my next delivery.

I am order two kebabs 6th May 2022 attached picture, no delivery, no answers, when i am ring there few times they said they will find the order but then they said can't see any order, and no refund at all, so i don't understand this, it's one week left and still nothing and No refund so ??? Absolutely bad communication !!!

Ordered to come to Travelodge as I’m homeless and been put here by council, they accepted through just eat and estimated time was 5:25 - 5:45. Text saying order was on the way at 5:25. Waited outside until 6:30, text was sent saying that it’s been cancelled so I rang up, someone kicking off at me over the phone saying he’s called me 3 times (lie) telling me to check my phone, I gave him the same attitude back and hung up.
