Bought an elite controller for 80 quid from there and was assured it would work, got it home back to Manchester and it didn't work. Returned it the next day and asked if i could have the 100 quid one for the same price as that one was faulty. The guy said ill just refund you because ill get 100 quid for it" even though itd cost me money in train fares to fix the problem. For a tenner more i got the same one from cex a 5 min walk away where it was properly tested and 2yrs warranty.The charge close to cex prices with little to no warranty

Friendly staff, caught a few amazing faulty items at prices ridiculous compared with other retailers and ended up trading in my gold for a stupendous price!! Walked out of there feeling a million bucks.The manager, who went by the name gorgeous John, stocky lad was brilliant. Sorted me right out, I hope he sorted it with his girlfriend who just wanted to hold his hand

The value for money is amazing and the staff are always helpful Lewis is so kind he always greets me when I walk in to the store in a way no other retail worker would John always goes above and beyond for me when I sell things to him the staff always try to give you the best offer they can for your old unwanted stuff top second hand store in Leeds keep smashing it out of the park cash converters I bought a Xbox one x a year ago and it is still works well

I spent over an hour going into different gold shops in Leeds to try and sell some gold items to raise some cash, these guys offered over £200 pounds more then any other shop in the area. Not only that they have given me 6 months to buy my gold back from them.While I was In store I saw lots of good electronics being sold they had a cabinet full of apple products.The service was really good, the atmosphere was good, the music was my sort of sounds some right bangers, made me feel right at home.The staff took there time with my and explained everything to me so I could understandI would recommend this shop to anyone

The staff need to learn some respect. I witnessed them laughing and basically bullying a customer as he was trying to sell an item. To think some people selling these items are at their lowest time and to have some stuck up person making others laugh is un acceptable.

Bought several mobile phones from the store. All were faulty. Gave them the benefit of doubt after the 2nd phone. More fool me for taking another 3 after the 2nd was faulty. Ended up spending more on making trips to the shop than the phone was actually worth. They need to seriously start testing items. It's in the town centre, it's full of stolen items or contract phones that are guaranteed to get blocked. Shame since the store manager is actually a decent lad.

Great place to buy stuff and the staff in this particular one have always been decent towards me. Still not gonna be selling my stuff to Cashies again though due to severe lowballing. Might work with the junkies, but I learned my lesson after the first time I got ripped off at one.

A word of warning. If you buy something here that's faulty and return it within 30 days you'll be told we don't do refunds" and they'll offer you an exchange/credit/anything other than a refund.This is now how the law works. I had to rely on some knowledge of the Consumer Rights Act to eventually get a cash refund on a faulty item.No doubt they catch people out with this a lot
