I don’t like to leave a 1* review - but I’ve been coming for 11 years to Carlo’s and rate it very highly.This recent haircut I felt didn’t have the attention and care that I usually get and as such a bad haircut that I have now is likely to take several weeks to grow back to how it was - quite disappointing at

I managed to get an appointment for my toddler's hair cut today at very short notice. Owen did a brilliant job, especially considering that my (nearly) 2 year old was quite grumpy and crying on and off throughout. His hair cut looks great and I'll definitely be bringing him back again. Thanks!

Sorry for the one star, normally a decent cut but yesterday had a cut, showed the barber photos from google of what I wanted and the cut I recieved was nothing like it. Photo showed plenty of hair, styled in spikes with an ever so slight skin cut around the ear down to the rear peak. I had loads of hair to work with and I am practically left with none. No hair at the sides to help blend into my fringe. The back of my head has no hair whatsoever. No shaping to the edges either.This is absolutely ridiculous!

Great for kids and adults.After having long hair for about 6 years, I went to Carlo's for my first paid haircut in a while. They were really great, the barber I had obviously knew what he was doing, and really helped me get a decent style to suit me and gave lots of advice on haircare and products.I came back over the next few weeks with my 4yo, who they treated well and did a great job on. And also my 1yo who had his first hair cut, where again they were great and did an amazing job.Highly recommended.
