Agreed a contract with us and then after three months decided they would only continue if we agreed to (what amounted to) around a 50% increase on prices. As they had already missed some collections we declined. Avoid.

After going of the rails a little after 2 years of good service - the Company have resolved issues amicably - my 1 Star has now been edited to 4 stars which how I would have graded the Company before the recent experiences.

It's imposible to give 0 star so they got 1. stay away !!!! When you discuss the contract they will not told you they have extra charges and extra charges over and over !!!! they will rip you off !!! Be very carefully when you sign with them !!!! .

Worse service I’ve ever come across my bin didn’t even turn up after nearly 2 weeks excuses after excuse, I ended up cancelling and never even seen My bin totally wasted my time ringing up daily.

if there was -10 that,s what they would get ! Had more problems with them than I can remember from not turning up, extra charges to not letting us out of the contract after it ended ! stay awayTo say they are a RUBBISH company is just perfect !

This business empties rubbish bins less than a hundred feet from people bedrooms before 5 am in a partially residential area. If you are considering employing a waste collection service, please use someone other than Lili so that decent working people can get a decent night's sleep

So I can see from all the reviews I’m not alone. I have been with this company for about 9 months they have repeatedly not collected bins giving silly excuses as to why they haven’t collected the bins. one was a picture of our gates closed with the Workshop open in the background saying the gates were shut they didn’t even get out of the truck just drove off. so Farr they have missed nearly every collection so I have had to get them back over and over but sending me invoices for bins collected. Even though they haven’t. This company is just a joke.

Do not use this company! If you value your time, money and business do not use this company.I would give it a zero if there was an option. They will make you to sign the contract which is very crafty. You have to give them 2 months notice if you want to get out of your contract. Contract for minimum of 2 years. Missed collections. (they will claim it has been collected(numerous occasions) Very rude customer service. Very arrogant. No help from your rep. I've never had to deal with sooo many arrogant people in my live. Extra charges out of nowhere. The worst is that your price will double or triple compare to your competitors. Our prices have rissen 300% on weekly collections. Contract is created that way that you have no choice, but to accept it. (you can only blame cost if living to,covid to a certain extent) The funniest and the saddest thing is your rep. Our rep. have tried to sneak higher price when signing the contract. (good thing I've noticed). Make sure you have all in writing with these people.We've had so many problems with them (not to mension the prices).At the end our rep had a cheek to ask for a good review on Google.(got a messege few days ago) Well... Here it is. An honest review from a person which knows its worth.Avoid avoid avoid!

Stay away from this company. Signed contract £12.50 a month then put prices up without prior notice. When contacted customer services they’re very rude. Stay away from this company and better to stay with your local authorities.
