Had our car repaired here. Very professional service. Kept us informed on the status of the repair. Zak is very friendly and professional in his job. Would definitely recommend them.

I am with Aviva insurance. My car was meant to be repaired by Solus Luton. Unfortunately, they did not repair my car properly. A complaint has been logged to Aviva. Independent assessor checked my car and confirmed this is the case.This company is a fraudulent company. Liars and rude on the phone. They would not check my car again even though I provided detailed evidence and photographs. I even offered to come in person and show the problems. They refused. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!.Will you still be lying now? You have received the independent assesor report. Confirming faulty repair. Cowboys! unprofessional peopleAviva have now aplogised and confirmed another repair company will be repairing my car.

Terrible Company avoid at all costs Aviva use them for insurance repairsthe manager a lady called Marianneis extremely rude!!!Speaks over you doesn’t let you get a word in and she put the phone down on me no customer respect at all.We got our car back with interior panels removed and bolts missing and the seats were stained.They said they would have the car valeted then refused to do it we will be reporting back to Aviva.Not happy at all terrible service!!!

Was the appointed repairer by Aviva. The car was collected, I was updated by text and phone calls of progress and the repair was done to a good quality and faster then I even expected. Very happy.

Aviva use this company to assess vehicles after accidents etc. Poor communication and whatever communication there was was rude and abrupt mainly on voicemail! Horrible company.

Hassle free service. They picked up my vehicle from my place and drop it back after repairs. Took reasonable time for the works and kept me posted on the progress. Excellent job done with my car and 100% original restoration. Good as brand new. I was directed to Solus Luton by AVIVA insurance. Highly recommended . Professionally handled.

They incorrectly assessed the damage to my vehicle. I don’t trust this garage and would never trust them to touch my vehicle again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

An excellent service all round from Aviva and Solus. Contacted quickly once claim made with Aviva, appointment arranged and driver collected car on time. Kept informed of progress throughout by text, email, phone call and online dashboard. All staff very courteous at the Luton branch and car delivered back looking really good, and easy to pay excess too. Car also nicely valeted. Thank you all very much. Let’s hope claiming my excess back is just as easy!

From making the claim to collecting my precious car, there was a seamless and reassuring experience. The quality of the repair appear great and timely. Andy and the workshop team were invariably professional, knowledgable and friendy. Great experience despite the circumstances - John

I give 1 star because there is no option to give 0. The staff is very unprofessional and rude,at least the ones that we were dealing with, sent the car with one issue and they hit it at the back and they've blamed me, and curiously the mileage went up while with them. Just note,the car has been cleaned the day before collection and it was taken with a platform. When they brought the car back the driver didn't even stayed to check the car and he threw the keys on the driver seat and left. And the compressor was missing as well. Avoid as much as you can this branch as you will have only issues with them.
