The staff were very friendly and helpful here . The coffee machine in the cafe was out of order so it was a good idea to make your own coffee with the sachets.

Linda at the cafe at Morrisons Minehead is an absolute star. She was on her own yesterday and rushed off her feet but she had absolute perfect customer service and nothing was too much trouble for her. All the way through she had a smile on her face and she is a very good inspiration to all her colleagues. She is very hard working and definitely deserves a pay rise. Morrisons management please note you have a star worker on your payroll and it would be nice if she could be rewarded by you for being a superstar. Ten out of ten, Linda, and well done. Lee & Tracey. Great little store but service on pizzas was very slow as we waited about 10-15 minutes before anyone to came to serve. Also we expected they would have hot food to go up to about 3-4 pm but by 1:30 all the hot food was gone and counter close and I think that’s poor with the amount of custom they get from butlins holidaymakers let alone local residents so maybe increase your hot food to go to about 3-4pm and make sure you have enough stock available

I really like Morrisons as they offer a good range of products and often things you don't find elsewhere. This is a pleasant, well stocked store and I've slways found staff to be friendly.

This was a fantastic morrisons good range of everything especially the beers and ciders such a wealth of choice! Nice shop to go to if your camping down here or in a holiday cottage like I was!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent shopping experience I had at your Morrisons store. I, along with two other individuals, had an encounter with one of your employees, Debbie, that left us feeling quite upset.The issue we faced was not related to the standard protocol of asking for ID and refusing to serve alcohol, as we understand and appreciate the importance of adhering to such regulations. Rather, it was the manner in which Debbie handled the situation that troubled us.Debbie's approach was unprofessional, to say the least. She spoke to us with a notable lack of respect and courtesy, and her demeanor throughout the interaction was nothing short of rude. Her tone and choice of words were confrontational, and the way she looked at us made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in your store.Customer service is an essential aspect of any business, and it should be upheld with the utmost professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, our experience with Debbie fell far short of these expectations, leaving a negative impression that we would rather not associate with your store.We believe that providing constructive feedback is vital for any organization's improvement. We sincerely hope that you address this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not recur, so that all customers can enjoy a positive shopping experience at Morrisons.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Good selection, nice staff and never seems to be too busy.Plenty of parking and rarely have to queue at the tills which is a bonus.Good location next to other Supermarkets and a McDonald's on the way out.

Great choice of food,especially the discount cakes. Only popped in for bread,n left with half a dozen items. Toilets are spotless

Popped in for a meal before getting to Butlins for a adult weekend.The staff were great as for the food it was just ok , which is unusual as we have been happy with the quality of the food in the past.The next day we went to the local wetherspoons which was much better.A very average and quite expensive experience, not awful but not very good either.
