I came for a check up with some issues which required treatment and other dentist had overlooked my concerns. Riaz listened and understood quickly giving me options with time to reflect. After an initial treatment I felt extremely confident to proceed with more complex treatments. Riaz professionalism and personality has made all visits painless and very rewarding for me. I can't help smiling. Thank you. I fabulous dentist for the practice.

I can't thank Hannah Howard enough. I explained I was very nervous when she phoned me up to book in my appointment and she made sure I was with a friendly dentist who kept checking I was OK whilst doing the checkup. Hannah even phoned me after my appointment to check my appointment had gone well and that I was happy and didn't feel nervous about going back. I can't thank her enough for being so kind and going above and beyond for me. She even offered to sit in my appointment with me so I had someone else for support which due to my poor mental health was really, really meaningful. Thank you to hannah and the dentist Cordelia who made the whole experience a positive one. I defiantly recommend Mydentist Poole.

I came in yesterday for an emergency appointment with Riaz - after snapping my front tooth this was something I was extremely conscious and worried about. Within mere minutes of speaking to Riaz he had got to work and has Rebuilt my entire front tooth! The confidence i have gained being able to smile again has all been thanks to both Riaz and Rachael providing excellent service. If anyone needs any work done I Highly recommend the dream team of Riaz & Rachel at “my dentist”

Just want to say how pleased I am to have found Hygienist Hannah Geddis. Hannah and her nurse were pleasant, reassuring and gave great advice. Hannah was thorough but really gentle. Best Hygienist I have seen. Thank you Hannah

At my dentist Parkstone Road. All the staff from reception, to Dentist’s. Always friendly, appointments available when you have a problem. All in all excellent. I was once afraid to to go to the dentist. But I’ve certainly found the right one.Kunal is great & made me feel at ease. Also had to see Hanna as I only needed a small filling. But turned out to be a bigger job. Hanna & her assistant were excellent & made me feel at ease.. so Thank you to you all.

Great practice. Friendly staff and Dentist.Edit. After inquiring to register with the practice, I'm told they are full for NHS patients but accepting private patients?? How does that work exactly? If you are full you are full. The dental practices around here act very unfairly discriminating against NHS patients!!

I had not seen a dentist for a long time and was very nervous. I really thought I would lose a few teeth.The reception staff were so understanding and helpful, telling me that it was best to see the hygienist first which I did and was over the moon with the results. I only needed a couple of fillings which were done painlessly in one appointment. I will definitely be keeping up with my treatment and am so grateful to the team at 'my dentist'

Dr Cordelia Ashby is a great Dentist. Friendly, thorough and goes the extra bit for you. Explains everything clearly and is super professional. I felt at peace in her care.

Would be 0 stars if I could.Shocking treatment of patients by the manager and receptionist. Had 2 appointments cancelled, the second one 20 minutes before the appointment!First appointment that was cancelled, the receptionist actually shouted at me on the phone saying “she was being accommodating” like I am not paying for the services?Second appointment, turned up because I was already on the way there and missed their call. Manager shouted at me like it was my fault that apparently, everyone called in sick.Took 2 days off work for these appointments that did not materialise, lost all trust in this clinic and removed myself as a patient there. Avoid at all costs, you are treated poorly and staff act like you’re doing them a favour.I suffer from severe anxiety and the stress this has put me under is unbearable, not even mentioning how much it affected my self esteem as well.edit: if you can, get yourself to dentistry@68. They are amazing and even got me an appointment the same day after let down from this morning. They are so polite and genuinely care about their patients!And turns out, my dentist actually advised me of the wrong procedure I needed for my type of bite and dental cosmetic.
