Up & Running Cheltenham

I went in to the Chelt store today to get a new pair of running trainers, the guy who served me was so helpful, knew so much about the diff styles of shoe available and gave great advice. Not pushy at all. Really pleased with my new trainers and nice to have such great service!

We've been buying running shoes from here for years. We were back in store today to sort out a minor issue and as always enjoyed a great level of customer service. The person who helped me seemed to be knowledgeable did not rush me was very willing to help me try different running shoes on their treadmill after analysing my running gate. He offered me advice but did not push me one way or another.

Can’t speak too highly of the service received today. Great advice, friendly and knowledgeable attitudes from both guys. Offered a discount without asking for one, very good choice of stock. This will definitely become my go to shop for all my future running needs. Highly recommended!

Sometimes in person shopping/service is still necessary. Really helpful and friendly staff, reassuring for someone inexperienced. I immediately felt relaxed and comfortable due to the staff being so knowledgeable.

Today we picked up my son’s second pair of running shoes from up and running. He is really chuffed with them. His first pair (also from here) are now retired after 2 years of good service. Customer service is great and the price is really fair too. Thanks again guys.

I have not run for about 20 years but still swim & cycle regularly. I want to recommence running and was recommended Up & Running by a regular runner as a good retailer. My knowledge of modern run shoes was zero, and I wanted professional advice. After a short introduction and discussion of my requirements, Mike offered me 4 different brands of shoe to try on their running machine. The machine has a camera that assists in the gait determination to determine if a more stable shoe is required to prevent injury.I left with a pair of Saucony shoes & new socks.The whole experience was great, with zero pressure to purchase, and the Team answered all my queries with confidence.Recommended if you want professional advice on any running related equipment.
