I had a great experience at Paddock Wood MOT service yesterday. I went in for my car's MOT, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional, and early they helped me change a tire at a responsible rate. I highly recommend them.

Friendly place with very competent staff relating to vehicle servicing and repair.A year later we needed to use them again, still very pleased with the service and pricing. Definitely our go to place, superb work, thank you.

My 20 year old car has been in on four separate occasions for various works, ranging from MOT to Welding. I cannot rate this workshop highly enough. The team are professional, honest and friendly and as a lady driver it’s a great relief to find a genuine garage. They are my go to for any car problems and I would highly recommend them. Ashley goes above & beyond to get you back on the road and you are kept in the loop with pricing and progress. 5 stars from me all day long. Thank you!

Cannot recommend the team here highly enough. We have an old car thats got a huge amount of sentimental value, after visiting two other garages, both who could not figure out the issue we came here for one last opinion. Ashley and his guy’s methodically went through the car and found the issue/s and managed to fix it for us and, given the time spent diagnosing, were very fair on price. Ashley understood that although the car is not worth much, if anything, it has huge sentimental value so did all he could to resolve. He was also very honest and tried to help save us money where needed, e.g. i asked him to MOT it then try to fix, so he simply said theres no point MOT first incase we cannot fix it as you can save the MOT money - this was a very honest approach that we appreciated.We have been back since and any time we visit with either of our cars we always get the same honest, reliable, trustworthy service.Thank you Ashley and team!!

Fantastic service as usual. Short notice appointment. Main dealer quoted me >£1k for unnecessary work and these guys did the job needed for literally 9 x times cheaper than I was quoted by a main dealer! Cannot recommend this place enough.

I have used this company several times over the past year or so for MOTs, services, diagnostics and repairs. Every time it has been well priced and is always done very quickly, and the communication is excellent. If there is an issue they will show you on the car and explain the reason for any initially unforeseen costs. Highly recommended.

Another year another full service and mot. Very good service highly recommended. Very honest I knew I had a creeky bush in my suspension but couldn't find. And these guys picked it up on mot /service. Because I have kids I'd rather they not miss anything that would eventually be a danger This is why I keep going back because I have total trust in them

Searching for a local garage to carry out the service on my car and came across these guys. I didn't know anything about the garage and took a chance, having read the reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Ashley and his team are very professional and helpful and went out of their way to tailor my service to my cars needs. They've advised me on things the car will need doing in the future, but haven't pushed for a sale. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and they will be my go to garage in the future.
