I had my first hair integration system fitted by Mandy at OSG 5 years ago and have worn one ever since (with the exception of lockdowns, when everything had to close, Mandy explained how to remove the system myself and even when allowed to open again, made it a priority to have my system refit at the earliest opportunity.In my experience on each visit to the salon, the ladies all made me feel welcome. There’s two separate areas in the salon that provide privacy while having system refitted or tightened. (Which for me can be roughly every 5-12 weeks) In the beginning this made me feel less self-conscious, I’d happily sit anywhere in the salon now.Most people are shocked when they first find out I wear a hair system as it sits so naturally and Mandy tries her best to follow the natural hairline.All in all, I’m glad I found this system it has been a game changer for my self confidence.

Had 1pk bonds put in costing £22511 bonds came out within 3wks. Unacceptable, asked for partial refund which was basically refused. I would be embarrassed if that was me, definitely would not recommend, on top ofthis I spent £150 on products, lost a good customer!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Mandy and her team for years. I am very particular about how I like my hair and the tone Mandy and they girls always deliver and I’m always left loving my hair. The salon is always welcoming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and don’t trust anyone bar Mandy with my hair now.

What can I say?? My daughters wedding was 1st July 2023 and at 5pm ish on the Friday evening she received a phone call from her make up artist to say that her hairdresser had been taken into hospital and wouldnt manage the next day. PANIC set in, but Mandy was contacted and agreed to step in. From the moment she arrived to the moment she left she was absolutely fantastic. Despite being heavily pregnant she took on 3 bridesmaids, 1 mother of the bride, 2 flower girls and the bride herself. She did an amazing job with all of us. She arrived at 9 and left well after 2. Everybody was impressed with our hair and I personally thought we all looked amazing. A massive thank you to Mandy for such an amazing job and for saving the day. I personally cannot thank her enough and world highly recommend her form her hair ups.Thank you MANDY

If there was an award for the worst hairdressers in Dundee this place would win it, every year, with ease! If you want to be ripped off and left with damaged hair go and see Mandy!

Got my new system fitted 4weeks ago ,I suffer from frontal fibrosing alopecia, absolutely delighted with my hair! Has given me a definite confidence boost ❤️

Amazing experience!! The girls are so caring and professional, made my daughters first big salon experience the best ever!! The results speak for itself. She loves her hair and is full of confidence now. Can’t thank you enough!
