Well, we were staying in the Premier Inn and this looked like the best option for food. That turned out to be a bad idea! Incredibly slow service, really average and pricey food for what it is. If you look at the pizza I had (photo attached) and compare it to the size of my hand, that's terrible value for about £12. And it wasn't even decent. More dough without topping than with. And when one of us asked what does the lasagna come with" (assuming it must be at least salad or maybe chips/garlic bread)

Friendly staff and nice interior but terrible value for money and a 65 minutes wait for our food. F&B used to be good but this is a reminder to us why we stopped going.

The staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is great - sometimes the music can be a bit too loud - the food was good - no complaints perfect price point - the only set back was a slight mix up with the desert order and having to get them to adjust the final bill.

This evening we went into Frankie & Bennies Trowbridge this evening as a group of 4 adults and 3 children. The food was really good and can't complain at all, normal Frankie & Bennies food, know what you are getting. However what stood out this evening was some of the best customer service I have had from a waitress in a long time! Very attentive to the table, very friendly and brilliant with the children. Showing them what appeared to be a real interest in what they had to say and giving them time. She left us all commenting on how well we were treated. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name to give her the credit she deserves. (She moved us from beside the cold door to another table further in the restaurant)

When we think about celebrations in Frank and Bennys, is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, my sirlon steak was very nice . Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10

Birthday meal with daughter. Excellent food. Great service.Used the current Cinema ticket offer and got 30% off our mains.Did their birthday song and cake.
