Having never done yoga really, I am really enjoying my first aerial yoga course with wirral yoga. It’s a good mix of challenging and relaxing. The instructors are lovely, really friendly, reassuring and patient! I would definitely recommend to anyone for a fun and challenging hobby!

Am only 3 classes into a beginners aerial yoga course. But I am loving it. Brilliant and lovely teachers, making this clear and surprisingly easy. Small class size. Highly recommend!

Fabulous class. As a middle aged lady, who has not taken part in exercise classes for years, I was nervous about joining the class. However, I was greeted by a marvellous tutor, who had a calming and confident manner. I may of been older than the other ladies in the class, but everyone was friendly and supportive. We were soon in our slings and laughing together at our endeavours. Look forward to learning more.

Love this place!! There's a range of classes with different types of yoga and teachers and it doesn't matter which you go to as it's always fab. If 'real life' didn't get in the way I'd be there every day!

I did a fabulous hot yoga class tonight with instructor Alice Williams she offered some excellent constructive advice throughout the class. I really enjoyed it as it was my first hot yoga class.

Really enjoying the beginners yoga class!! Really well explained and pushes you to do new moves in a reassuring way! Would highly recommend!!
