Two bad experiences in a row with a repeat prescription from the GP practice next door. The first time (Feb 2023) I visited the pharmacy to collect the medicine a week after the GP practice had confirmed handing over the prescription. I was told they had not received anything. Called the practice who confirmed yet again they had handed over the prescription. Back to the pharmacy, they said they had found it but it was from the month before and I hadn't collected it, I pointed out they got confused with the previous prescription, which I had already collected. Back a third time and finally got my medicine, two weeks later than I hoped. Second bad experience, went in last Friday to collect the same medicine, was told they hadn't managed to get it and to come back Monday after 3. Got in today and was told they didn't have it yet and to try another pharmacy. I said I was happy to wait another couple of days, at which point they said they would not be able to get hold of the medicine because it has been discontinued. A pretty essential bit of information! I pointed out that the first suggestion of heading somewhere else was pretty poor advice (without telling me that the medicine had been discontinued) because it would have sent me on a wild goose chase around glasgow, and much better advice would have been to speak to my GP to find an alternative. Total refusal to acknowledge this. I'll be complaining to Lloyds. My advice: this is a store run by shopkeepers, not an essential service led by health care professionals. If you need anything simple by all means shop here. For anything important or critical - stay away.

Got my hpv vaccine booked here. All 3 jags I had to wait for at least 30mins. All 3 times, they couldn’t find my record on the system for the first 10mins… was being questioned every time about whether I came to the right place right time or not. Been told this time their manager literally forgot to put my appointment into the system manually, 3 months ago… Not organised at all. Get a grip (or maybe a new manager too)

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.Handed in my prescriptions and the lady told me to come back the following day at 4pm. I let her know that I had run out of my prescriptions and that I needed them asap. She told me not to worry and that they would be ready for collection the following day.I went there the following day and they could not find my prescriptions at first. Then they found them and told me that I would have had to wait for the following day again.AVOID. NOT PROFESSIONAL.Update: went back today to collect my prescriptions and they told me to come back the following day again. I have been 3 days without medication because of their negligence.I asked to get my prescriptions back and went to Park Road Pharmacy (Super professional).Please don’t take chance with this “pharmacy”.

Please avoid this pharmacy staff are so useless i gave my prescription 1 week ago and still saying it will be 1 more hour before its ready

So glad this pharmacy has been taken over from Lloyds. They staff are a breath of fresh air, so professional, friendly and helpful.

I go there and they keep sending me back and forth to the GP first saying we havent got your prescribtion, then saying weve lost it and all the while its there! The GP says theyve scanned it! and they insist its not there! and the GP is even worse saying we cant give you another prescribtion!? I would really complain from both, service is absolutely unacceptable and staff are rude they dont even have the manner to apologise!

Asian and black girl Very helpful, excellent service! However white girl unnecessarily discriminating, and problematic, needs to be retrained on costumer services and behaviour! Disappointed

I made an appointment for HPV in October. The original pharmacy couldn't get through at all. I changed a pharmacy and said that it would be okay to change the location, but now I came and she said that I need to change the address online, and I need to make another appointment. I think this should be let me know sooner, but I didn't know until I got to the scene. And before she was told that, she only served customers who were later than me. Then she thought of me. I don't know why this happened. I was very disappointed. Now I have to go home and wait for the news to make an appointment again. I don’t know if the phone can be connected :(
