Sapphire Medical Clinics

I have Multiple Sclerosis and Sapphire medical clinic has been a life changer. Has been a great and simple experience with Sapphire. They always call you back, appointments are easily booked and repeat prescriptions are easy to order (even with cognitive issues lol) . The consultants are friendly and understanding. 10/10 for everything really. Would definitely recommend this clinic

Sapphire are helping me to cope with chronic pain that regular treatments are struggling to control. I've stopped having regular migraines and headaches, have less nausea, and better appetite. I also now sleep through the night and wake up feeling more rested. It can be pricey, but for me it is worth it until the NHS changes or the government legalises what I currently need on prescription. There's always someone there to help, and I see the same clinician every 3 months to check on the treatment and to answer any questions etc. All done via Zoom, at a time and date of my choosing, so not travel costs etc.

Absolutely fantastic, been with them for 3 months and they’ve responded to every single email I’ve sent them in a timely manner, the doctors have shown a good amount of care and have really made me feel listened to. I’ve changed strain once and the process was very easy. Every bit of medicine I’ve had from them has been amazing quality compared to BM. They deserve as much positive praise as I could give.

Absolutely useless I would strongly advise looking at other clinics we have not one good word to say they don’t understand a tolerance build up AT ALL. Expect you to go months on 1 strain only. Doctors contradict each other oh also charge 400 a month for cbd flower flower you can get for 24.99 from sainsburys. Customer support forget what they have emailed you giving one piece advice in one email then a completely different bit that contradicts the first!!!! If your prescription doesn’t suit you are told to book an appointment to change it that costs 50 then at the appointment they tell you no you can’t I don’t know why you were told that. They tell you to not use for a few days when they give you DAIlY medication. The list could go on only been with them a short while. Not good don’t use them.

This is a very professional service and they will listen to your needs and make prescriptions accordingly. I have had 2 consultations now and both consultants were very friendly and seemed to fully understand my needs. Once the medicine has been approved it is a very short time before the prescription is ready to order from the Curaleaf Pharmacy. Once ordered it is often delivered as quickly as the next day. Although they won't deliver on Saturday I did receive my last package on a Sunday to my surprise. So it is very rapid and reliable. The quality of the products I have tried are a combination of a THC/ CBD oil which is taken at night and high THC flowers for daytime and nightime use. All the medicines are of excellent quality and do work very well. I'm sleeping better at night without waking up early and with less anxiety over all. I also have higher motivation thanks to the daytime Sativa Flowers.

Excellent clinic. This isn't the first clinic I've used, but it is the best. There were a couple of teething issues, but the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service.The delivery is incredibly quick and easy (an improvement on their competitors), and I would highly recommend them. I understand why their scores are so high.

Be CAREFUL. This company is a scam. I paid money for consultation after consultation. Last consultation was still £50 and lasted probably less than 7 minutes..I ordered high priced prescriptions..only for them to contract companies like Curaleaf and DPD who lie that they have attempted deliveries. On this supposed delivery day I took time off work to sign for my medication. The delivery driver lied (which Curaleaf confirmed with DPD) that the had been to my house and took a picture of a house that doesn't even exist near me. I called both Curaleaf and Sapphire Medical to ask what would be done about my prescription and payment and was told its basically none of their business and i would not be given any refund. I am howver expected to cancel another day of work to wait fir this delivery as it now requires a PIN...Infact the Sapphire lady on the phone suggested I find another clinic.. If customers are paying their hard earned money..it is your responsibility. Prescription 68027666109 issued on 28 November 2023. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and obviously no remorse or duty of care

Sounds like 5 star treatment and service , when realistically , they are a money scheme .As others have said read the reviews .Dr simi sachdeva Answered my initial call . Sitting at her desk doing nothing . I was late but she wasn’t doing anything or why would she answer ? For someone with anxiety this has destroyed me that they want me to pay another £50 for a consultation.. what kind of service is this ? Dr simi sachdeva Said I will have to pay again. Which isn’t what I expected. In a right state because of them and had to tell them to remove me off all the mailing lists and text alerts emails the lot as they just hound you . And then take your money ! Il find a better company than these ,DO NOT USE i am not the only person with a bad review

Sapphire are professional and care about what they’re doing. Thanks to Dr. Gracia for assisting me with my sleep schedule. As for devices to use, I went with a friends recommendation and got the Nectar Hex vaporizer and I can’t believe how good this thing is. It’s efficient, the taste is amazing and it’s very simple to clean, especially when using the dosing capsules. I’ve even called Nectar for support and they were very helpful over the phone so thanks to you Nectar and Sapphire, please keep up the good work as this is exactly what we need in our small community.

They saved my life. My life quality improved significantly after cannabis treatment. After many years of tenths of medications for my ADHD and comorbid mental and physical health issues - they finally gave me medicaton which WORK and lessen other medicaton's side effects. Thank you Sapphire! <3
