Lewis jobcentre are unhelpful the lady was unprofessional did not know what she was talking about, kept saying she thinks when I asked her questions and told me a date of my job seekers allowance which did not happen on this date its now been 3 weeks since I've received any money from the and the last payment was for 77 pounds in April. the lady treated me like something she had stepped in. was told I would get a phone call today which never happened, when I phoned them I was told she had phoned me which was a lie and that I would now be sanctioned. No contact to put on a complaint. at 65 is this what I have been reduced to, I've worked for 50 yrs first time singing on because I've moved out of London and had to give up my job. This is disgusting behaviour by someone who is meant to help those that need it.
