Hillarys

I have always used Hillarys blinds, but so dispointed at the quality and service.I purchased four bay window blinds costingapprox fourteen hundred pounds in January this year. The first appointment was cancelled and I had to wait 3 weeks for another.The rep didn't turn up for first fitting.After only 5 months the blind adjuster fitting has broken.I phoned today and have been told someone will contact me on the next few days to arrange a visit.I'm not holding out any hope after the service I have received so far.

Most awful experience. Due to being a working single parent, I thought choosing what I thought was a professional company to manage the process would be a treat. I was so wrong. I have a blind fitted in the wrong window, a part on one of the blinds that broke on the first day, and stickers falling off. The worst part is the poor customer service. The fitter has claimed it's the right blind (I have provided evidence of email conversations etc. to show otherwise) and I feel that I have been blamed with no apology and refusal to take responsibility. No attempt to rectify and only solution is for me to buy 2 further blinds (so matching the mistake and to get the blind for the correct window), at a price more than what the fitter stated during the visit when I immediately highlighted the issue and tried to find a solution). No discount due to the situation offered. Different staff responding to emails with mistakes and lack of consistency. Quotes team don't speak to the enquiries/customer service team and the systems are frustrating. AVOID this company to save yourself a lot of stress and upset. I had to give it one star to be able to post, but really no stars are needed for Hillary's blinds. So disappointed.

After weeks of chasing we finally managed to get Hillary's to fit our roof blinds. Despite the initial poor customer service they were so much cheaper that we decided to go with them anyway. 4 months later our electric blinds have stopped working and I have now been chasing them for 2 weeks to get someone to call me back about booking a repair. Needless to say, I wouldn't ever use Hillary's again and deeply regret trying to economise here. The more expensive blinds would have been worth every penny as I would not spend half my day on the phone to Hillary's with absolutely zero response! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
