It's a multi-storey car park with loads of spaces.BUT, it's got the EASIEST electric chargers in Norwich.30p KWh, no stupid app needed, and loads of spaces! Both fast and normal chargers, and all under cover.Perfect.

Disagree with not being able to have ticket validated to park for free in the multi storey carpark, when rest of carpark is full. Received a phone call to say that my 93 year old mother was being taken to A&E. Spent 5 hours sitting with her, before she was admitted on to a ward. So getting off carpark was not cheap.

It's a car park so never getting 5 stars however the spaces are wide and fit modern cars easily. Would be great to see toilets and a baby change added, maybe a covering over the paved areas.

Previous reviews are incorrect. There IS a 30 minute grace period before you are charged.The car park is spacious, easy to navigate, secure and has helpful dedicated staff who you can speak to by simply pressing the help button should there be any issues.Perfect for dropping off, picking up, short or long stay visits.

A great addition to hospital parking. Easy access and sign posted well. Came at peak time pm and loads of parking available. Very spacious car park with no pillars or posts so you won’t scrape your car. Pricing seems very reasonable. Well signposted to the hospital and less than a 5 min walk. It takes the hassle out of parking at the hospital. This is a must use. Modern looking pay machines with cash or card payments accepted. They’ve done a great work adding this multi story, happy days and well done.

What a super car park. Great sized spaces, electric charging facilities, clear signposts and clear instructions. An easy and clearly marked walk to the hospital. I can't understand why anyone spends time trawling round the car parks closer to the hospital.

Just across the hospital with spacious parking bays and electric charging bays. I would implore people to park here rather than forcing or double parking in the hospital grounds unless you're an A+E patient or patient who can have their parking tickets conceded by the hospital (blue badge etc). Payment is the same as hospital with the same 30min grace period and its safe. The only unfortunate thing is for the monthly pass, if you're away and dont need to pay for a month and come back to renew for the next month, your account is put on hold and you cannot.
