Absolutely LOVE the staff in this particular store. Any help you need at choosing items, they've got you sorted. Excellent customer service and always so friendly. Purchased two leather jackets and the guys were brilliant with helping me choose etc. Couldn't recommend them enough. Great wee team.

Staff are usually great in this store; although on our last visit, a staff member went away to check for sizes for my wife and never returned. Whilst the other members of staff ignore you; as you pace the floor with an armful of clothes needing sizes checked. Eventually we received help (we had to interupt 2 staff members discussing their night out) only to be told the items were not in stock and apologies (usually they check for you and let you order online in store) - ordered it online it myself whilst at home - think i'll do that in future too.

Amazing helpful staff, Nadine spent at least 30 minutes helping me choose the perfect leather jacket. She was really knowledgeable about leather and the All Saints brand. Would definitely recommend a visit if you're looking for something special.

Not quite what it was, but with much better staff recently, the shopping experience is definitely a better one.

Absolutely love the store and the brand, I’m a frequent shopper of all saints. However this store in particular makes me feel uncomfortable and on edge every time I go in. The staff are too in your face scoping out shoplifting. I worked in retail for 3 years as a team leader and I know the protocols and I understand around this time of year shoplifting is at an all time high. However, when you’re innocently shopping for Christmas gifts (or for myself) you are followed about and constantly pestered about needing sizes. I was asked if I wanted to have my jumper taken off me to put it in the fitting room? The answer is obviously no if I need to try something on I will let the staff know. On top of all that your stared at by every member of staff. It’s terribly off putting and I won’t be back. Sorely disappointed.

Visited the Belfast AllSaints store on Monday 25th April to return a jacket I had ordered online. I was immediately met by a lovely girl, Roma. She took the jacket straight away and asked me if I would mind trying the jacket on for her and explain what I didn't like about it. She listened to everything I had to say, offered some advice. We talked style & fit. She asked would I mind if she picked out a few jackets for me to look at. Needless to say I am home with the perfect jacket for me. The leather is super soft, looks and smells of sheer quality. I'm over the moon. I have never had this level of customer assistance ever. One very happy customer. Thank you so much Roma. I will be back!

I love the 'all saints' brand, and this shop is well looked after. Unfortunately neither I nor my husband will be going back there.We went in to do some Christmas shopping, when my husband went to pay, he was asked out for a date by the cashier.I was sitting not far away when he went to pay, she probably didn't see me even though several times I had to move to let her pass when we were looking at the clothes, thinking she was just a rude customer.Honestly we both felt extremely uncomfortable and offended after paying and we will definitely not go back.Unprofessional behaviour.
