Red Lion Service Station
Why would they choose to be a Hermes parcel drop off point if they don’t want people using the service? I was stood there for ages as my QR code wouldn’t scan and not one staff member offered to help, then when I asked for assistance they were so curt and rude as if I, a potentially paying customer, was an inconvenience to them. Absolutely dismal customer service, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Went to collect a parcel, lady behind the counter picked up the tablet device to take my details and then the next thing a male worker grabbed/snatched it from her and then proceeded to deal with another customer who he clearly knew, impression was that she was a family member. He was rude and not polite and when i challenged apparently he already had the device. Which he had not as i had been in the queue for some time. Will not use again for dropping off my parcels.

Oh my god I have never been insulted and treated so poor, the lad that was on the counter was very polite and nice.I said I might be better changing the ad blue to the bigger six it's a better price" before he answered me a man that was by his side said' He did give you the sizes and price before" not nice and rude

I use the service station weekly for the Nisa convenience shop and as a drop off for my ebay parcels Everi/Hermes. Its always clean and staff friendly. As expected prices for both the shop and fuel are slightly higher than Morrisons and Tesco.

Always call here various things, petrol, parcels, bit shopping, vaps ect. Last week asked question about gas bottles. Said we had a small one and would like a large one and the young man blond hair and glasses said no problem when you ready just bring it up. My husband called in today only to be told by the same man. He can't do that. He then slip his fist into his other hand making what we regard as a disrespectful justure. Sorry to say but won't be returning to this garage.
