The most friendly run garage I have had the privilege to use. Booked my bikes in for mots on two separate occasions. They made me coffee. The mechanic took the bikes in bang on time . All together a very good experience Chris C

Rang to book an MOT, was advised i could come in for one in 2 hours, amazing i thought, so went down and left it with them, i said ring me when it's done and went to the pub next door whilst i waited and came back an hour later after i didn't hear anything. Soon as i walked through the door it's failed i'm afraid and quite badly". They said both windscreen wipers need replacing

Over an hour late and not informed . Revved the hell out of the car for over an hour on and off . oil marks all over the body work : not happy unhelpful. Wouldn’t recommend this garage at all . If you want a good garage check out north garage at lake ! ! !

Chale Service Station was highly recommended by friends and I can see why. The staff are courteous, efficient very helpful (and had the added bonus of a lovely old Labrador to greet you as you enter). :)
