I'm a huge fan of Pepes but I don't live near one so stopped by while driving West.Unfortunately my experience with this store wasn't brilliant. The paneer and rice box and chicken and rice box were grrat but the half chicken was practically raw and needed 20 mins in the air fryer at home.Additionally:- There was shattered glass outside the store entrance.- The staff were odd. One asked if I was collecting an order then blanked me once I answered. The second seemed unsure if my order was properly fulfilled and ask for it back twice to check.

Love coming here for the Piri piri chips and Love the piri piri lemon and herb chicken . The wings are very small for the price though. Delicious!

Always been by far the best service around however the last few times staff are rude. Today I stood there for 10 mins without even a bear with me I’m busy with a rude gent working there chewing gum just staring at me. Furthermore 2Other customers walked out for the same reason called them to discuss this as I’ve ordered from there over 40 time’s knowing generally their apologetic only for the rude arrogant member of staff to suggest I come into the store to say this to his face.The meaning of them comments could mean anything but given his tone he meant come say that to my face

Ordered online but collected as I didn't wish to wait for delivery.Upon arrival, the seating area was very busy. Our order was waiting for us.The food was beautiful (tastier than nandos). I had chicken lemon and herb with spicy rice. Absolutely delicious, generous, sized portion lots of well seasoned chicken.Definitely visit again

No hand gloves by the person who is handling my burger, I asked his name and he refused to give his name and he told he was the owner of the shop..and refused me to take a photo of him to take photos how is handling the cooked food...and the same person seen in kaspas also...worse experience in both of the stores which...and the communication level of the owner is pathetic

Great if you like hot spicy fried chicken. Lots of variations on that basic theme. Vegetarians will have few choices, though cheese and paneer dishes are fair. The very hot and extreme sauces being the main attraction. We tend to eat here more than we probably should!

Ordered for delivery at 3.15 pm at 4.30pm still no sign. Never turned up had to go get food elsewhere. This was supposed to be my treat for my birthday meal as really wanted to try them will never never bother again. Rude staff no food . If you want robbing order . So expensive as well yet don't turn up

No1 seems to have a clue what they are doing you order and just stand there for eternity waiting. Its quite clear they are making sure the just eat orders are done before the customers in store i waited 35 Mins earlier to get 1 thing not fast food more like prepare to wait food, abd there wer pleanty of other customers in the same boat miraculously tho the 5 police officers who came in 25 mins after me left within 10mins of ordering 3 people walked out while i was there mental.
