Absolutely brilliant service, from start to finish you could not ask for a more professional company. New boiler needed, plus flue, all works carried out with top quality, Jon worked with all the other colleagues needed, gas, builder and local supplies for the equipment. Old boiler broke down during the coldest of weeks in January 2022, we had no heating and no hot water. He was very helpful and now we are as pleased as punch, warm and very very happy customer's. 10/10 the best in West Sussex.

John is meticulous with his organisation, time keeping and tidiness. My mums house is very old and a 2 day job took up his entire weekend. He was lovely, sorted the issue (with our electrics) and talked us through the new thermostat. Lovely team and left the house tidier than they found it!

Excellent communication from start to finish. Combi boiler fitted in upstairs airing cupboard to replace a conventional boiler in the kitchen. The hot water cylinder was removed from the airing cupboard and the cold water tank was removed from the loft. We also had 3 radiators replaced and a new one fitted in the airing cupboard. All the old removed items were taken away. All work was carried out professionally and to our satisfaction, on time, on budget, thank you very much Jon and your team. Jon and his team provided a thoroughly professional service from beginning to end. The assessment of my old boiler and what was suitable as a replacement was thorough with a full explanation of what the work entailed with the boiler and changes in the airing cupboard. When the date was agreed Jon arrived promptly and ensured every area he would go was suitably covered and then as each stage was reached he would give feedback. His electricians and builder were equally proficient and the latter was happy to improve on some work our previous installer had done.I certainly recommend Jon and West Sussex Heating for their professional attitude and excellent customer service.

Jon and his team removed a gravity fed solid-fuel boiler and replaced an LPG combi boiler in a ground floor cupboard. Existing pipework was removed and replaced with new, including the flue to suit the new system.Workmanship was first class, floors and kitchen equipment protected and all completed within the two day timescale and costs as the accepted quotation.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending WSH
