Our plotter at work recently stopped working and we logged a call with Dan. He was very responsive and attended our offices within a day. We required quite a few parts and it wasn't an easy fix, though Dan persevered and managed to get it working again. I would highly recommend Dan for any plotter repairs

Couldn't have asked for any better from Dan @ 2nd Wave Plotter Repairs. Quick to get back to me, transparent quote and no pressure to proceed after initial inspection of our plotter. Once we agreed to proceed it was sorted within 24hrs! Neat, tidy and very courteous service which I'm glad to say we'll have on hand for any future repairs we might have with our other machines. Highly recommend.

This guy is a genius at what he does and unlike the competition he has all the needed parts already available to hand.

I would highly recommend this business for your plotter repair needs. I called to organise a service at 2pm and an engineer promptly responded at 3.30pm. He was efficient and professional in his work, and advised on an extra issue that our plotter had based on his previous experience. This is the second time we've had to use 2NDWAVE Plotter Repairs, and although I did not review the last time, the level of professionalism and quality service was just as high. I will be using again!
